I think I'm still in shock over being selected for LINLA. It's been a bit
overwhelming and such a whirlwind. Go to meet all the other contestants and
their trainers last night. What a fun bunch of people. It will definitely
be interesting. I hate to tell them though Joey & I have already decided we are
going to win this thing! I had my first workout today with Joey. I think it
went rather well and much to my surprise I enjoyed it! Even though I'm feeling
like a bowl of jello right now. Bally's is such an amazing place. I'm
looking forward to returning. So far everyone on the staff that I've talked to
has been so nice.

Last night’s initial meeting was a success! Each of us has something to unique to give to the contest. I enjoyed getting to know my Trainer Justin, I hope he does go into Rambo mode with me tonight!! Especially enjoyed meeting Kris and admiring all of the hats she wears for her position at NBC33.

This season of Losing it in Louisiana has a lot of characters. I really liked the new contestants. I feel like I’m going to have to work 10 times harder if I want to win.

Yesterday was the beginning of a new and exciting endeavor for me. Much to my surprise, I was selected to participate in “Losing It In Louisiana”! Upon arrival at Bally’s, I was somewhat reluctant and didn’t know what to expect, but after meeting my trainer and the other participants I knew this was the right place for me!
I am very excited to be apart of this experience. I’m ready to push myself to the limits to become a healthier me and of course I’m ready to be finer than I already am! My motto for this challenge says it best: “Don’t believe me, just watch!”
