BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — A Baton Rouge judge said more than three people who are unrelated can live together.
The ruling said that a part of the Baton Rouge Unified Development code was unconstitutional.
It had said that for multiple people to live in a home zoned as single-family housing they had to be related.
Former mayoral candidate Steve Myers sued the city, claiming the ordinance discriminated against gay people, as well as college students who want to live together to save money.
