COVINGTON, LA — A 32-year-old man was arrested yesterday for allegedly possession child pornography on his computer.
Louisiana State Police Region I Detectives working in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested Paul Beebe III of Covington, following an investigation into suspected online child pornography.
Based on proactive investigative efforts, detectives obtained a search warrant for Beebe’s Covington residence where they located and seized evidence indicative of child pornography. Upon further examination, investigators discovered the pornographic images and videos on computers, compact discs, and DVDs belonging to Beebe.
Beebe was taken into custody without incident and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on 21 counts of Pornography Involving Juveniles.
