Last week, the 'Losing it in Louisiana' team invaded the State Capitol. Our participants took a cycling class on the front steps of the State Capitol. Baton Rouge Mayor Kip Holden stopped by, along with Senator Sharon Weston-Broome.
The goal of our program is to get the message out that people need to get moving and start losing weight. Louisiana has some of the highest obesity levels in the country.
