Baton Rouge, La — E! News anchor and breast cancer survivor Giuliana Rancic will speak on Sunday, April 21 at 7:00 p.m. at the Louisiana State University’s Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
The Gamma Zeta chapter of Delta Gamma will host the event for their biennial Lectureship in Values and
Ethics. Admission is free and open to the public.
Giuliana Rancic is a well-renowned E! News host, entertainment journalist and fashion and beauty expert. Rancic will speak about the values and ethics she follows in her own life that have helped her become the woman she is today. Rancic teaches men and women to focus on the positive. She will be speaking about her struggle with breast cancer and how one can take control of his or her own health and future.
In 1992, Lectureships in Values and Ethics, a Delta Gamma program sponsored by the Delta Gamma Foundation, was established by Dr. Paul Martin honoring his wife Dorothy Garrett Martin (Dotty), Eta-Akron in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. At past Lectureships, Gamma Zeta hosted Aron Ralston, best-selling author and inspiration for the five-time Academy Award nominated film “127 Hours,” and Steve Ford, actor and son of President Gerald Ford. Giuliana Rancic will add her own touch of personality, poise and success to this already impressive list of speakers.
