Interesting people like Betsy Braud the flute playing jazz nurse.
"Oh I am just loving it. I'm having such a good time playing," Braud said.
Not everyone knew how to handle the colorful characters at the fest, but they took a note from children at the fest and smiled and enjoyed the fun.
"The children the children," Braud explained. "When they hear the music they light up. Make their parents stop and listen."
FestForAll features 100 artists from over a dozen states.
Locals say it's the Louisiana artists, and those who work right here in Baton Rouge that make the fest so great.
"Baton Rouge is just so special, because Baton Rouge is the heart of it all," Billoups said.
The fest runs through Sunday evening.
