Louisiana (NBC33) — Across the state, voters in almost 40 parishes are heading to the polls tomorrow.
In EBR Parish, two tax renewals are on the ballot. The first would bring in about $23 million for salaries and benefits, while the second would amount to about $20 million for general operations.
Both of the tax renewals are for ten years.
Also in our area tomorrow, the Sorrento mayoral race and town council will be decided.
East Felicianians will vote on a school renewal tax, ustice of the peace, and constable.
In Livingston Parish, voters will decide on alderman in Albany and mayor in Killian.
A school tax renewal is up for a vote in St. Helena and West Baton Rouge Parishes.
