BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — People who don't want to mess up the kitchen Sunday will head to restaurants like Mason's Grill.
The general manger there said Easter Sunday is one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants.
They expect to see over three hundred people, which is double their normal Sunday crowd.
They'll go through more than 2,700 eggs.
"We have extra potatoes being cooked extra hash browns extra eggs getting ready for omelets and stuff like that," Jason Darensbourg, general manger of Mason's Grill, explained. "Double everything the champagne the bloody Mary's double everything."
Darensburg said if you plan on going out to eat for Easter make sure to call ahead if you don't want a long wait to be seated.
