Government Street to experience alternating lane closures starting today

Baton Rouge, La — East and Westbound LA 73 (Government St) will have alternating intermittent lane closures between Lavinia Street and Steele Blvd from 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 7 through 5:00 a.m. Monday, March 11.

Traffic will be maintained through the closures.

This closure is for sewer repairs.

These closures will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or less to pass through the construction zone.
