BATON ROUGE (WVLA) - Plaquemines Parish President Billy Nungesser says it's been a tough 92 days and it's not getting any easier.
He says he's had to fight everyone from the Federal Government to BP since the crisis started.
Nungesser says the Coast Guard hasn't provided technology to look at oil under water and those in charge haven't been giving him updated information on the spill.
Nungesser just wants to get the way of life for people in his Parish back.
And for that to happen - he says people need to cooperate.
