Holden, La — On February 11, deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office arrested two men for home improvement fraud.
This case involved elderly victims paying Mark Edwards, 48, and Glen Sullivan Jr., 26, money up front for improvements that were suposed to be made to their homes.
In these cases, the suspects never returned to complete the work. Detectives have been working these cases since the summer of 2012.
Edwards and Sullivan have been charged with three counts of Home Improvement Fraud and three counts of Engaging in the Business of Contracting without Authority.
Sullivan has also been charged with Illegal Discharging of Sewage Waste by the the DEQ.
Numerous victims were identified in multiple parishes. More charges are pending.
