NEW ORLEANS, LA (NBC33) — UPDATE: Officials say Cynthia Rosales-Soliz was found safe and is in good health. They say no foul play was involved in this case.
ORIGINAL: A Houston woman has been missing for several days after she went off alone in New Orleans. We’re told she has a medical condition and is in need of medication.
The New Orleans Police Department reports that Cynthia Rosales-Soliz, 31, traveled with her boyfriend to New Orleans. Her boyfriend told authorities that he last saw her on Monday, Feb. 4 near the French Quarter.
Officials tell us the couple had gotten into a verbal argument. Rosales-Soliz became angry and allegedly got out of the vehicle and walked away. Her boyfriend attempted to locate her, but never found her. That’s when he called for help.
Rosales-Soliz is described as a Hispanic female, with reddish brown hair, approximately 5’7” tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink Texan jersey with the name Watt and #99 on the back, blue jeans and a blue hoodie with a Texan logo and the name Foster and #23 on the back.
Cynthia has five colored stars tattooed along her right arm and the name “Luis” tattooed across her lower back. She also has a picture of an angel, the name “Chris” and the name “Gabriel” tattooed on her right foot.
