Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — DOTD said it won't be long until all lanes of I-10 are open near Essen and Siegen.
The widening project that started years ago is in the last few weeks.
The project should have been completed earlier this month, but adverse weather conditions set the construction back.
DOTD said all lanes should be open by the middle of next month.
