Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A new 48-unit apartment complex is bringing some excitement to the Goodwood area of Baton Rouge.
Woodcrest Apartments is an affordable housing community built by LDG Development.
The facility includes a play area for children, a business center and a community room for all residents to enjoy.
Each apartment is also furnished with brand new appliances, a washer and a dryer.
Area residents say it's a beautiful addition to the community.
"The complex has a different look, a more classy look,” stated leasing agent Chemika Chambers. “These are newly built apartments. They have a totally different look than the other apartments that are here in the neighborhood already."
The Woodcrest Apartments are located right off of Florida on Lobdell Avenue.
