CLINTON, LA (NBC33) — A 47-year-old man was arrested for allegedly exposing himself to women on the side of the road.
The East Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Calvin Chapman, Jr. on Monday, Jan. 14 for two counts of obscenity.
Officials say the first complaint was from a woman who was riding her bicycle in the Slaughter area. She claimed a man exposed his genitals to her. However, they were unable to identify the suspect.
On Monday, another woman came forward and claimed that she was driving when a man parked on the side of the road, got out and allegedly pulled down his pants as she approached in her vehicle. Deputies located Chapman on the road a short time latter.
