LIVINGSTON PARISH, LA (NBC33) — Starting tomorrow, the Livingston Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness is asking for any residents of the Parish whose home sustained water damage during the recent severe weather to please call (225) 686-3996. You can call between 7:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and they will continue taking calls until Friday, Jan. 18.
Please be prepared to provide the following information: name, address, contact number, if you have flood insurance and how much water was in your home. This information is being collected to determine if public disaster assistance is needed to come to the parish to assess the damages.
