American Ballet Theatre Summer Intensive Audition

Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre will host American Ballet Theatre to audition local dancers for its summer intensive program. Summer intensives are an extraordinary opportunity for local dancers to study under the supervision of some of the most elite dance instructors in the country and explore dance in a fresh perspective. Each year Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre brings celebrated dance companies to Baton Rouge to audition not only local dancers but also regional dancers who travel to Baton Rouge in hope of attaining a coveted spot in a summer intensive program.

Auditions are at 3 p.m. for dancers ages 11-14 and 5 p.m. for dancers ages 15 and older. Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled audition time for registration. All auditions are open to the public.
