BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — A Baton Rouge man has been indicted for allegedly threatening to murder a former Louisiana US Attorney.
We’re told Gerald Estrade, 56, is charged with threatening to kill US Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana James “Jim” Letten and his family.
Estrade could face 10 years in prison or a $250,000 fine if he’s found guilty.
