VIDRINE, LA (NBC33) — Excessive rain doesn’t just cause problems for those of us on two legs. Our four-legged friends are also fed up with the rising waters.
“Our horses must not like that water, because they never went back in,” Brandy Fontenot, a resident of Vidrine (Evangeline Parish), said with a laugh.
Over the last 48-hours areas across south Louisiana have seen anywhere from 5 to 8 inches of rain.
