GARYVILLE, LA (NBC33) — An 18-year-old man is wanted for allegedly murdering a man after the two got into an argument while gambling.
The St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office reports that the incident happened on Sunday, Jan. 6 at roughly 8:00 p.m. in Garyville. We’re told the suspect, Tevin Bolden, was gambling with the victim when an argument began. Bolden allegedly produced a handgun and shot the victim, Michael Lee, 29, several times. A nearby trailer was also penetrated by bullets.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, and was then moved to a New Orleans hospital where he eventually died.
Bolden is wanted for Second-Degree Murder, Attempted Second-Degree Murder, Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property and Illegal Use of a Weapon.
