CROWLEY, LA (NBC33) — A repeat offender is back behind bars after he was caught allegedly burglarizing a business.
The Crowley Police Department reports that the incident occurred on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 at 2:03 a.m. in the 1500 block of Parkerson Ave. We’re told officers arrived at the local business where an alarm was being sounded to find the burglar still inside the building.
Larryl Fisher, 28, was arrested at the scene and booked into the Acadia Parish Jail for Burglary. He has been arrested and convicted for multiple burglaries in the past.
“We will research the criminal record of Larryl Fisher to confirm that he qualifies as a habitual offender under state law,” Chief KP Gibson, Crowley Police Department, said. “It is our intention to request that he be tried as a habitual offender.”
