BAKER, LA (NBC33) — While the cleanup from tornado damage continues, we're learning just how destructive those storms were in the Baker area.
The Governors Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness said about 90 buildings were damaged in the tornado.
Western parts of the city were some of the hardest hit areas.
The twister was on the ground for about four miles and had winds as high as 105 miles per hour.
