SHREVEPORT, LA (KTSM) — A man wanted in connection with a shooting inside of a local nightclub is now in police custody after surrendering to authorities.
Bryan Stewart arrived at the Shreveport Police Department yesterday evening around 10:00 p.m. to turn himself in to authorities on an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Stewart was booked into the Shreveport City Jail on the arrest warrant charging him with one count of attempted second degree murder. Stewart's bond amount is set at $250,000.
Investigators with the Shreveport Police Department's obtained a warrant for Stewart's arrest back on December 11, 2012, after he was wanted in connection with the December 8, 2012 shooting inside of Koko Pellis nightclub that left Jawilli Rayon, 27, of Shreveport recovering from what was described by police as a potentially non life-threatening gunshot wound to the neck.
