NBC News — South Korean navy ships have found what appears to be debris from the rocket launched by North Korea in waters off South Korea's west coast. According to South Korean defense officials the debris is believed to be a fuel container of the first-stage rocket.
The officials said South Korea has no plans to return it to North Korea because the launch violated U.N. council resolutions. The international community says the launch of the three-stage rocket was a test for a nuclear warhead delivery system.
