BATON ROUGE, LA — Earlier today Baton Rouge Police Officers arrested 5 individuals selling magazines door-to-door without the proper license.
Around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, Uniform Patrol Officers responded to the 1900 block of Oleander to investigate multiple complaints of 3 to 5 groups of individuals knocking on doors and looking in windows with the intent to sell magazines. While searching the area officers located a group of individuals in a white van attempting to sell magazines.
The individuals did not possess the proper license to be a rolling vendor in Baton Rouge so the investigating officers placed the individuals under arrest.
Officers arrested and booked the following individuals in EBRSO Parish Prison for operating as a “Rolling Vendor” without a License.
