NBC News — Alleged sexual abuse by priests at a former boarding school in Montreal sparked outrage sunday. About 200 demonstrators took to the streets after a recent report by Radio Canada.
It raised allegations of sexual abuse by more than 30 priests and staff at the old Institute for the Deaf. The alleged abuse happened over a period of 40 years starting in 1942. More than 60 former students have launched a class-action lawsuit.
