LIVINGSTON PARISH SHERIFF'S OFFICE — Sheriff Jason Ard's 2012 Christmas Crusade:
APPLICATION DATES & TIMES
Applications will be accepted: Monday, November 26th - Friday, November 30th and Monday, December 3rd - Friday, December 7th
Times: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm each day
Location: Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office Training Center (29225 Woodside Dr. Walker, LA)
...APPLICATIONS REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING
Proof of Livingston Parish Residency (Utility Bill, School Record, Etc.)
Proof of income for ALL persons living in household OR proof of food stamps. (Food Stamp Cards will not be accepted as proof)
Birth Certificate for each child. If not available, school record, WIC vouchers with child's date of birth or medical records can be accepted as proof of child's date of birth.
All children must be 12 years of age and under to qualify.
TOYS WILL BE DELIVERED FRIDAY, DECEMBER, 14th BEGINNING AT 8:00 am. APPLICANTS MUST BE HOME.

Bass Pro Shops (Denham Springs)
Sam's Club (Denham Springs)
Dates: Saturday, November 24th
Thursday, November 29th - Saturday, December 1st
Thursday, December 6th - Saturday, December 8th
Times: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm each day
