Installing child safety seats properly is the only way to ensure they'll work

NBC NATIONAL NEWS — The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety recently gave its top safety rating to more car seats than ever before.

Unfortunately, the government warns that 73-percent of parents and caregivers install car seats incorrectly, and they only protect your child if they're installed properly.
