Child safety seats should be installed properly to ensure they'll work

NBC NATIONAL NEWS — The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety recently gave its top safety rating to more car seats than ever before.

Unfortunately, the government warns that 73 percent of parents and caregivers install car seats incorrectly, and they only protect your child if they're installed properly.
