Livingston Parish, La (NBC33) — The Livingston School System has a new superintendent.
John Watson is an assistant superintendent in the district now.
He was voted in an 8-0 vote to replace the outgoing man in charge, Bill Spear.
Watson will start in the new role tomorrow. His contract runs through December 31, 2016.
