Two female teens armed with sticks attack girl for cellphone

Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Two seventeen year old girls are in jail accused of beating another girl with sticks and stealing her cell phone.

Baton Rouge Police say it happened on Chippewa Street last month.

Tiquenia Johnson and Megan Adams each face armed robbery charges.

Police say Johnson and Adams stole the victim's purse and cell phone.

The victim was cut up, but she's expected to be ok.
