BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Thousands of kids of all ages paraded through exhibits and booths today to learn about the ocean, wildlife and science.
Ocean Commotion is a hands-on learning experience where kids learn about more than just the ocean.
Some visitors learned about fish and got an inside look at their anatomy, while others learned about reptiles and Louisiana wildlife.
The exhibits were made by local businesses, universities and many educational organizations.
Public, private and parochial schools, as well as home-schooled children from six parishes registered to attend.
