Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Future teachers had a chance to apply for their next big opportunity at Southern University today.
It was part of a Teacher Job Fair held at the university.
Schools from across Louisiana and neighboring states participated in the fair.
Event organizers say students in Louisiana need good teachers now more than ever.
Southern University plans on holding another job fair for teachers in the spring.
