BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) — The votes have been counted and an LSU law school grad is Cosmopolitan Magazine's "Bachelor of the Year." Ladies, feast your eyes on 25-year-old Ryan Chenevert.
He's not only handsome, but smart. Chenevert just passed the bar exam.
Every year, Cosmo's contest to find America's biggest single hunk is filled with studs from every state. This year Chenevert represented Louisiana as the lone lawyer of the group. Chenevert says a classmate nominated him. Thanks to that gesture and thousands of online votes... Chenevert becomes the first-ever Cosmo 'Bachelor of the Year' from Louisiana.

Last year, Baton Rouge's Patrick Farr was in the running but didn't win.
After Cosmo announced him their big winner, Chenevert took to Facebook to thank everyone for voting for him.
Cosmo's 'Bachelor of the Year' title, also comes with a $10,000 cash prize. No word if Chenevert has gotten any dates out of the deal.
