"Wreaths Across America- Statehouse Project,” a program to honor all branches of the military, will be held at the Louisiana State Capitol Rotunda on Monday, December 10, 10:30 – 11:30 followed by a reception. Major General Ronald Richard (retired), President and CEO of Tiger Athletic Foundation will be the guest speaker. Veterans as well as other citizens are invited to participate.
