NATIONAL NEWS — If you have pets and they're not dressing up for Halloween, you're apparently in the minority this year.
The National Retail Federation reports that pet owners are spending nearly $400-million to dress up their pets this year. That's a big increase compared to last year's pet costume sales.
The group also says pumpkins and devils are the top sellers for pets this year.
