Baton Rouge, La — LSU Executive Education will hold its last Rising Stars Program of the year until October 11 at the Business Education Complex at LSU.
The three-day, highly interactive program is designed to groom high-potential employees for professional growth. The program is designed for various individuals, including those on the path to becoming people or project managers, those recently transitioning into a managerial role or individuals identified as part of an organizational succession plan.

Program faculty from the E. J. Ourso College of Business and other experienced practitioners provide instruction that combines proven theory with real-world application. Areas of focus include:

• Positioning Yourself for Growth
The Rising Stars Program is approved for 21 general recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute. It is also an approved Continuing Professional Development course with the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board, or LAPELS.
