BATON ROUGE,LA (NBC33) — James Newman with the orange team writes:
This past week's competition was by far the toughest. I do believe it showed just how far we have come over the past six months.
James Henry with the green team writes:
“Your workout is officially over.” As my trainer Erik said those words to me on Friday night, just like he has done at the end of all of our workout sessions for the past seven months, the impact of them this time really hit me. After tonight, no more sessions with Erik. This is when the real challenge begins. Erik has given me the tools that I need to maintain this healthy lifestyle, but now it is totally up to me to do it on my own. There is no going back to where I was.
Rebekah Worrell with the pink team writes:
Well this is the last week for Losing it in Louisiana and I have to say that it has definitely been a crazy ride. Some days I was super motivated and others not so much. I have learned so much. From what is good to eat, to how to exercise correctly. This entire journey has been amazing! I am thankful for every minute of it!
Kris Cusanza with the red team writes:
I beat the boys. Not going to lie it was great seeing that a woman could come out on top in this competition. I am nervous about final weigh in, because I want to see six months of diet food show off in the number on the scale. I had my final training session with Carlos today. I’m so proud to have him as my trainer, but I will not miss working out at six am.
