BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Entergy reports that Hurricane Isaac cost them between $400 to $500-million. That includes about $80 million in the Baton Rouge area.
Several communities were without power for days after the storm. Entergy brought in crews from all across the south and other parts of the country to help get the lights back on.
A spokesperson said they'll look at several different avenues to recover storm costs, including borrowing from reserves. It's too soon to know whether customers could see an increase in rates.
