NBC News — Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi has vowed thursday not to allow attacks on foreign embassies in Cairo. Speaking in Belgium, the newly elected president called the demonstrations quote "unlawful" and said that his nation rejected them.
Morsi also said that he had spoken to President Barack Obama and that he condemned the attacks in the Libyan city of Benghazi that killed the U.S. ambassador and three other embassy staffers.
