Two bodies discovered in Plaquemines Parish home

Plaquemines Parish, La (NBC33) — Plaquemines Parish authorities have discovered two bodies in the floodwaters.

Officials say the two bodies were found in a flooded home in the Braithwaite section of the parish.

We're told rescue workers searched the home after being told that two people might be trapped inside, and that's when they were discovered.

So far, the bodies have not been identified.
