Village St. becomes Tracy Porter St.

The wait is over in Port Allen.

That's because the street Saints Cornerback Tracy Porter grew up on has been renamed in his honor.

Neighbors we spoke with say getting mail is a little tough now - but having the street named after a hometown hero is worth the inconveinence.
