NBC NATIONAL NEWS — A home in Butte, Alaska, is on the verge of tipping into a river.
Officials say unusually high temperatures have prompted more glacial melt, filling the Matanuska River. The rushing water is causing erosion under the house, leaving it half submerged. Neighbors are stopping by to check on the homeowner, and get a look at the destruction.
