Crowley, La — Crowley Police have arrested a Midland resident and have charged him with burglary. The incident and arrest occurred on August 10.
At approximately 2:30am on August 10, the owner of Mr. Bubble’s Carwash observed an individual parked on his property near the vacuum cleaners. After checking on the parked vehicle, the owner observed that the vacuum cleaners at the car wash had been broken into. The license plate was obtained as the suspect drove away.
Crowley Police working with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office were able to locate the suspect vehicle in Midland. During the investigation, property taken during the burglary was recovered from the possession of the defendant.
Crowley Police arrested James Stymest, 33 of Midland. He was booked into the Acadia Parish Jail on one count of burglary. Stymest’s criminal history reveals previous burglary, robbery and narcotics violations.
