NBC News — Residents of northern Iran spent another night outside after more aftershocks hit the region. On Sunday the death toll rose to more than 250 from Saturday's 6.4 magnitude earthquake.
At least 20 villages were destroyed by the quake and 130 were severely damaged. So far nearly 40 strong aftershocks have been felt. More than 16,000 people are living in emergency shelters.
