The man accused of killing 2 people at Grady Crawford Construction just before Christmas says he didn't do it.
Richard Matthews made his plea early Tuesday afternoon.
The 53 year old was indicted on 2 counts of first degree murder and 5 counts of first degree murder.
Clerical workers Dianna Tullier and Cheryl Boykin were killed in the shootings.
Crawford was fired from Grady Crawford months before the shooting.
Last month - District Attorney Hillar Moore said his office wants to seek the death penalty in the case.
