NBC NATIONAL NEWS — Wal-Mart is facing some legal woes tonight.
Advocates for the disabled are suing the supercenter over access to payment machines.
The Center for Independent Living, along with two individuals, filed a class action lawsuit today saying that Wal-Mart knowingly placed the payment machines out of reach for those who use wheelchairs and scooters.
One woman says she has to share her 'pin' number with the cashiers because she can't reach the payment machines from her wheelchair.
Wal-Mart officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
