BATON ROUGE, LA — The Southern University System is hosting a series of town hall meetings across Louisiana to discuss concerns about the effect of budget cuts on the system's campuses.
Southern University plans to discuss how it plans to renew itself. The public is invited to join SU System President Ronald Mason Jr. as he shares, “Keys to the Future of the Southern System,” an outline to encourage discussion and build a consensus agenda for a “new” Southern System, July 20-26, 2012.
The Baton Rouge meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 25 at the A.W. Mumford Field House.
