Arrest made in rape case that happened at a dorm on Southern’s campus

BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Southern University Police have arrested a man who allegedly raped a woman in her on-campus dorm room.

Southern police say Timothy Daniel Randolph, 24, raped a woman on April 7, 2012. He allegedly took pictures of the victim with his cell phone.

Randolph is facing charges of Forcible Rape, Extortion, and Video Voyeurism charges.
