Andy DeShazer with Women Outreaching Women came on BR Lagniappe to share about their annual fireworks sales to benefit their domestic violence intervention programs and shelter . DeShazer said that Livingston has the higest rates of dometic violence in the state, and this event, done at Christmas and in July, is their biggest fundraisers. The fireworks are on sale now through July 4th, Mon-Sun. The hours of operation are : M-Thurs 10-6; Fri and Sat -10-9, Sunday 10-6 . For more information calll ( 225) 665-6713.
